ALTA/ACSM Land Title Survey of a Shopping Mall in Kingston, MA
The time frame for the purchase of the shopping mall was very tight. We integrated several different types of data gathering to complete the project on time and under budget.

Old Republic. has been our client for years. This globally active company facilitates the purchasing of large commercial properties.
13 Lot Subdivision in Merrimac
PFS was hired to perform an existing conditions land survey on this hilly parcel of land. the site was inundated with pockets of wetlands . PFS created a 13 lot subdivision that perserved the natural beauty of the area while creating spacious residential lots.
